Senior Project Coordinator
Senior Project Coordinator is a mid-level position reporting to and working directly under either the Project Architect and/or the Studio Director.
o Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously through the various stages of project development, design and construction
o Working knowledge of the various governmental approval processes and capable of managing projects through those processes
o Able to efficiently manage the activities and schedules of staff working within their team for successful project delivery
o Able to manage the various consultants working on their projects in order to meet assigned project deadlines
o Working knowledge of building codes and capable of conducting a code analysis on any project type
o Capable of taking a building project through every phase, from programming and preliminary design to permitting, construction documentation, bidding and construction administration
o Technically proficient in the use of Revit
o Possesses a working knowledge of all engineering disciplines and able to coordinate the various consultants and their documents through a project
o Able to represent the Firm in the preparation and presentation of Marketing materials for new business/client prospects
o Assume responsibility for the projects assigned to them in terms of overall quality and production schedule
o Assume responsibility for the performance of their project teams
o Actively finishing professional registration, working towards professional advancement within the firm and encouraging others within the firm to advance
Sr. Project Coordinator must have at least 8 years of experience in Architecture and a Professional Degree or equivalent degree or training.
Total compensation for Sr. Project Coordinators is based on individual performance in project management, technical competency and timely project delivery.
