Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Architect with the dual ability to lead projects and support the management of the firm.

• Manage project teams in multiple sectors, including establishing and monitoring work schedules
• Maintain client relations
• Review and track project budgets and profits and staff productivity
• Mentor Architectural and Interior Design staff and provide leadership
• Outreach to potential partners and clients through our proven sales process
• Participate in firm management tasks, including review of financial reports, assignment of staff, review and develop project contracts, participate in annual strategic business plan development, assist in employee performance reviews, oversee the firm-wide design process.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in Architecture
• Professional architectural degree from an accredited college or university
• Registered architectural license
• Proven track record of managing projects with $100M+ construction value
• Business management experience is preferred
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for our business pursuits
• Persuasiveness and tenacity in pursuing opportunities
• Hungry, Humble, Smart (an ideal team player)
