Business Development Manager


Sector(s) - Heath Care, Education, Corporate Commercial, Transportation and Governmental.

Help research, Identify and conduct outreach for development new clientele and opportunities, as well as maintaining existing clientele for the providing of profitable design services within the designated market sector(s).

Ideal candidates has existing connections with key decision-makers of potential clientele within the designated market sector(s). Prior involvement and successes within the designated market sectors will be favorably considered.



Collaborate with our Market Sector Leader(s) in developing a marketing plan for their designated market sector(s), then actively monitor and adjust the plan for effectiveness.
Identify key decision-makers and potential opportunities within designated market sector(s).
Perform outreach and initiate, develop and track leads with new and existing clientele.
Coordinate meetings between Company’s Market Sector Leader(s) and/or Project Leadership and potential new and existing clients, introducing Company’s capabilities and promoting connection with Company’s Market Sector Leader(s).
Facilitate as a Company liaison in the client development process by building client goodwill through regular communications, participation in relevant industry and client-related events, providing of helpful information and input, etc.
Assist in preparation of responsive proposals and interviews.
Perform additional assignments related to business development as directed by the Market Sector Leader(s) and Corporate Marketing.



Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or a minimum of five years of equivalent experience.
Minimum five years' experience as a business development representative or in a similar position involving significant client relations in the designated market(s).
Prior experience with architecture, engineering or construction services firms is preferred.
Mature and professional demeanor, with excellent social interaction and speaking skills relevant to social and business settings.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and able to motivate others and inspire team spirit under deadline situations.
Excellent graphics, writing and speaking skills, and strong organizational and teaming skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
Ability to represent Company at professional conferences and other industry events.
Advanced competency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
Computer literate in general office applications.

Capable of traveling to and from project sites for attending client and project meetings, etc.
Ability to effectively use technology for communication and documentation purposes.
Visual acuity to perform responsibilities.
