Firm History: Hughes Building & Design, Inc. (HBDI) was founded in 1994 by Craig M. Hughes. HBDI provides architectural services to clients interested in distinctive architectural design and professional project coordination. Our designs create warm and sophisticated spaces to raise families and entertain friends. They complement the surrounding architecture and environment while reflecting the unique personality and lifestyle of each inhabitant.
Biography: Craig received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas, Austin. He is a registered architect in Texas and an active member of the American Institute of Architects and Texas Society of Architects. Craig served for six years as a member of the Building and Standards Committee for West University Place and has constructed his residential designs in Houston’s finest neighborhoods.
Craig's experience in architectural design, technology, construction administration and project management enables him to provide distinctive design solutions and quality service with the purpose of meeting each client’s goals and budget. HBDI’s formula for successful projects is a combination of professional knowledge and commitment to organization and communication.
