Government/ Civic/ Institutional/ Library

After an extensive study on how to best reuse their existing Government Center, including relocating their large Human Services Department from a remote site, Wright County proceeded ahead with a new Government Center to be co-located with their Law Enforcement and Justice Centers. The new building provides a single point of service for citizens, housing 14 County departments as well as the County Board Room and a Department of Motor Vehicles service center.
Across University Avenue from the City of Fridley’s Community Park, and directly west of the wooded trails of Locke Park and Rice Creek, stands the recently completed Fridley Civic Campus.  This municipal improvement project features a new City Hall / Public Safety facility and Public Works facility, organized around a central water feature and shared plaza.
With sensitivity to the historic courthouse, the new design melds timeless and respectful materials with a contemporary design aesthetic for a cohesive public campus. The plan calls for moving many administrative and high traffic public interaction departments to a 3-level government center addition and remodeling the existing historic courthouse and courthouse annex to improve function and modernize the spaces.

THE SUMMIT high-rise is one of the first of its kind in the United States in terms of being a modern take on the luxury way of life that combines condos, hotels, and retail spaces into one building. The Radisson Collection brand is one of a kind, and The Summit will meet that expectation by providing a much-needed luxurious lifestyle option for Floridians, and visitors from around the world. Multi-Family Residential

A 3-story low-rise wood framed building with approx. 114 units and approx. +/- 299 surface parking spaces along with approx. 15 tuck under garages. In addition, there will be approx. 6,000 SF of amenities.
The Carlo at Cedar Park is a new market rate housing development located at Cedar Park, Texas. The total site area is approximately 11.8 acres and includes the approximately 6-acre multi-family site. The remainder of the site has surface parking and a few retail/ restaurant pads sites. The site is to be developed in multiple phases with the multi-family site being developed as a single phase with a 4-story market rate wrap building with approx. 366 dwelling units and a 6-story, 557 space pre-cast parking garage structure.
606 N. Good Latimer Tower is located in Deep Ellum, one of Dallas’s most unique and eclectic districts. The 25-story market-rate, mixed-use, and high-rise tower is geared toward young professionals and includes 1- and 2-bedroom units that average at 675 SF, with 354 units and 351 parking spaces.

GenCap Manor is located at FM 973 and Harris Way in Manor, Texas and is part of an overall new master development for the area, including a new school to the north of the site and grocer and hospital/ MOB to the south. The site is approximately 26 acres divided into two phases: Phase 1 is to the east and Phase 2 to the west.

Mixed-Use/ Retail/ Entertainment/ Restaurant

Sugar House is a two-building development located in the heart of the Sugar House neighborhood outside of downtown Salt Lake City. The neighborhood has a rich and diverse history, and is named after the sugar beet mill, turned paper factory, turned train repair hub that was once a prominent structure. Sugar House is ripe with historic inspiration, and this project takes its cues from the whimsical and exciting characteristics of this emerging community.
Located in Salt Lake City’s historic Trolley Square district, between downtown Salt Lake City and the University of Utah Campus, the 1.48 acre site will become home to a new off-campus student housing development. Trolley Square will be a 7- and 8-story student living community with underground parking and capacity for 562 students.
BKV Group is designing a ground-up, mixed-use development in downtown San Antonio – a unique project that will create a 15-story, market-rate tower designed via light gauge steel. This new building will blend seamlessly with the historic Continental Hotel and Arana building which will be refurbished and renovated into commercial, office, and creative lofts. When completed, this overall development will enliven the San Pedro Creek community and integrate the Zona Cultural District bounded on the outer edges.
