Single Family Residential

This is a Modern Home in Dallas, Tx called Floating Water and is based around the concept that this is a home surrounded by aquatic elements making it appear as if it is floating on water. It is an isolated oasis for the residents.
The M1 House is based on the program in which it will designate what the fenestration will be. This concept is similar to the form follows function but in this case the finish follows function.
M2 House is an a house in Dallas, TX. that uses the simplest materials in current residential and applies it in a Modern form. The concept is to provide cost-effective solutions to modern day families.
The IV House is a Texana style modern home proposed to be located in the DFW area. It is formed and based on a four foot module, hence where it received the name IV House. Within that module, a 2,500 sf home is composed to fit the needs of new entrepreneur that is looking for simplicity and privacy. This shift in plan designates the separation of public and private spaces within the single family residence.
THE PD3 house is a house in Southlake Texas based on the trending Transitional Style that is a merge of modern and traditional style homes.

10,000 sf Single Family Residence in Southlake Texas. This project has also won the LIA Design Award in 2017.
Another home located in Little Forest Hills Texas that came with many problems that were effectively solved in a timely manner. The end result is this two story Soft-modern home elevated high in the sky in a triumphal manner.
