Business development is integral to the architectural industry. Whether it’s going to a conference, volunteering, playing golf, or solving critical coordination issues, business development encompasses a wide range of meaning, integration, and approach. This session is focused on the unique opportunities that business development can bring for emerging professionals, regardless of firm size, project role, or sector. Assembling a panel of varied career paths within the industry, speakers share how to leverage the concepts of business development for personal growth and opportunity beyond the more traditional conception of “lead generation”.
