Dr. Shirley Davis, CSP, President & CEO, SDS Global Enterprises, Tampa Bay, Florida

Dr. Shirley Davis is an accomplished corporate executive, global workforce and talent management expert, an international speaker, certified trainer, leadership coach, and a master of reinvention. She has consulted, coached, and presented to leaders at all levels of the organization, including in all business sectors, and across a number of industries in more than 12 countries around the world.

Dr. Davis has over 30 years of business and human resources experience and has worked at several Fortune 100 and 500 companies in various senior and executive leadership roles in sales, operations, banking, retail, manufacturing, utilities, and financial services. Her last role before launching SDS Global was as the Global Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion and Workplace Strategies for the world’s largest HR association.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Pre-Law, a Master’s in HR Management, and a PhD in Business and Organization Management, with a specialization in Leadership. She has been featured and quoted in several magazines and television shows.

Greg Bell, CSP, Author, Coach, and Leadership Speaker Portland

Greg Bell is a Portland, Oregon based thought leader, business consultant, and leadership coach. He is author of the book, Water The Bamboo: Unleashing The Potential Of Teams And Individuals, that has been purchased by an array of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies like Nike, Disney and Comcast, to the Portland Trail Blazers and Division I NCAA athletic teams like the Oregon Ducks Football and the Gonzaga Bulldogs Basketball.

Mr. Bell is an innovator and keen observer of highly successful leaders and teams, who has learned that the key to success is having the courage to use the skills you already have to achieve a result greater than you previously imagined. He inspires and energizes audiences with his engaging storytelling and his ability to masterfully blend insight and encouragement with just the right dose of reality. He is a Certified Speaking Professional (the highest earned designation from the National Speakers Association) and holds political science and law degrees from the University of Oregon.

He is also the force behind Coaches vs. Cancer—a campaign for the American Cancer Society that has raised over $87 million for cancer research. In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Mr. Bell is a TEDx Talk alum and serves on the advisory board for the Portland TEDx conference series.
