Job Captain

We are seeking a Job Captain with 5 years of architectural experience to work closely with project teams to create design and construction documents. This individual will work under the direction of a staff architect and is responsible for the technical documentation of various projects of size and scope.

Responsibilities

•The development and coordination of the drawings and specifications including program compliance; code and agency compliance; schedule commitments; product research
•Assisting the project architect in developing project documents for bidding and construction
•Documentation of technical details
•Organization and management of drawing files
•The production and coordination of work related to projects
•The development and coordination of drawings and specifications
•Advising the project architect when drawings and specifications are complete and ready to be issued
•Providing support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project

Qualifications

•Proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through construction administration
•Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit
•Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the architectural field
•Healthcare experience and CA experience a plus
